Bitmap images @ 300dpi Colours must be CMYK any SPOT Colour will be converted to 4 Colour Process All Fonts must be converted to curves / outlines.Must contain a minimum of 3 mm bleed. crop marks must indicate trim size, therwise job will be cut to standard size. Trimming to non-standard size may incur an additional trimming fee. BLEED AREA - 3mm Outside Trim SAFE AREA - 4mm INSIDE Trim To allow for movement in the printing and trimming process, please allow 4mm safe zone on the inside of the trim area, DO NOT place any important information, namely text, in this area. please note payment is required on approval of artwork proof. Order will not be processed until funds have been cleared. Once artwork proof has been approved you will be emailed with invoice and payment options.

PRINTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Colour Variations
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you see on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders. This is the nature of CMYK printing and bulk-run printing. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
Accepting Proofs
When accepting “Custom Design” artwork proofs from us, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
Submitting your own artwork
Customers who sends their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined in our Design Guidelines. We will print whatever you submit, and we are not reponsible for artwork mistakes. No reprints at our expense will be printed. We reserve the right to make changes to your artwork without your consent to avoid printing problems that we may predict happening. No reprints at our expense will be printed. Customers are reminded that when we trim the bleed of any printing product, this cut can vary in location up to 3mm in any direction. A 3mm internal margin from the bleed line must be made.
Turnaround
The current average turnaround time for printing products is 10 working days. This is from the time receiving payment, to the time when you receive your order. Design time is extra. net13 will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.
